Membership
TrackPass is an annual membership priced at $199/year for a Solo pass or $349/year for a Family pass (founding-member rates). A Family pass covers 2 members of the same household, each with their own digital pass. There are no hidden fees, and the founding-member rate is locked for your first season of membership.
Partner Courses (In-Network)
Partner courses are courses that have joined the TrackPass network. As a member, you may play at any partner course free of charge — simply show your digital member pass or QR code at the pro shop. Free play is limited to 1 round per calendar year per partner course; additional rounds are at the course's standard rates.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement
For any Texas public course that is not a TrackPass partner, you are eligible for a green-fee reimbursement under the following terms:
- One reimbursement per calendar month — regardless of how many different courses you play.
- Up to $50 per reimbursement — if your green fee exceeds $50, the reimbursement is capped at $50.
- Annual cap — total reimbursements are capped at $199 per membership year for a Solo pass and $349 per membership year for a Family pass.
- Once per course per membership year — each out-of-network course is eligible for one reimbursed round per membership year.
- Receipt required — submit your round through the TrackPass member dashboard and email a copy of your receipt to reimbursements@trackpassgolf.com within 30 days of play. Reimbursements are processed after verification.
Refund Policy
You may cancel within the first 30 days of your membership for a full refund, less any reimbursements already paid to you. After 30 days, memberships are non-refundable for the remainder of the annual term.
Course Availability
TrackPass reserves the right to add or remove partner courses from the network at any time. We will notify members when significant changes to the partner network are made. Removing a course from the partner network does not entitle members to a refund.
Acceptable Use
Your membership is for personal use only. You may not transfer, share, or resell your membership or digital pass. Each membership is tied to one individual member. Attempting to use another member's pass, or allowing others to use yours, may result in membership termination without refund.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your membership shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active members. Continued use of your membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
